This tastefully furnished studio apartment is fitted to a very high standard apartment. It measures 32 square meters (344 square feet) so four people won’t feel cramped. Airconditioning is provided too. As you walk in, you will find the main room with a fully fitted open plan kitchen and living area. The living area has a table and chairs, large sofa bed sleeping 2 people and armchair. For entertainment there is a large screen LCD TV and combined DVD player and music centre. There’s a stunning sea view from the large bay window. The apartment has a high ceiling which gives a feeling of airiness and original oak parquet floor and moulded cornice which add to the charm.
For those wishing to self-cater, the open plan kitchen is fully fitted with;

Leading off the lounge is the main sleeping area with double bed. The modern shower room opens from the sleeping area has a washbasin and WC.
The apartment is very centrally located. It is about 15
minutes from the airport by taxi and the bus stop is
almost outside the door. The apartment is close to all
amenities, shops, cafés, restaurants, markets,
supermarkets and launderettes. If you’re too tired to
cook, there are numerous cafés and restaurant outside.
The world famous Negresco Hotel and the Musée
Masséna are within 2 minutes walk away. There are
frequent buses to take you around Nice and to places
like Cannes, Antibes, Vence or Grasse. Public transport
in Nice is really excellent so a car isn’t essential – you
can enjoy the local rosé wine without worrying about
your driving licence.
