Rental Rates

Minimum stay is 4 nights except in July and August and Christmas/New Year when it is 1 week.
Arrivals and departures are normally on Saturday. Please ask about other days.
Charges are fully inclusive of electricity and local taxes.
A one-off cleaning charge of £75 / €95 is also payable to ensure that the apartment is ready for the next visitors.
Please add £10/€13 per week if a second bed is needed.

A refundable deposit of 200 Eur for breakages/damages is also payable. All charges are payable prior to arrival.
