Rental Rates

Discount for longer stays:

2 weeks - 10%

3 weeks - 15%

Minimum stay is 3 nights except in July and August and Christmas/New Year when it is 1 week.
Arrivals and departures are can be any day but normally on Saturday in July and August. Charges are fully inclusive of electricity and local taxes.
A one-off cleaning charge of £100 / €125 is also payable to ensure that the apartment is ready for the next visitors.

A refundable deposit of £160 / 200 Eur for breakages/damages is also payable. All charges are payable prior to arrival.
